Fall & Winter Workshops
Early Childhood Exploration
2 & 3 Year-Olds
Discovering new ways of playing and learning together, Early Childhood Explorations provides a magical classroom-type atmosphere between grown-up and toddler that introduces toddlers to basic social skills while receiving preparation and enrichment for pre-school.
Twos and threes explore art as a learning experience and are more interested in “doing” art than making finished products. During the “process”, twos and threes discover their own independence, as well as delighting in the joy of exploring and creating.
Designed to be a fun, first-time exposure to dance and movement, young dancers will explore motor skills such as hopping, jumping and skipping while discovering the basic positions of the body and dance terminology.
Classes meet once a week with grown-up participation required. Fee includes 1 child and 1 adult. Please register in child’s name.
