Gabby and friends return with an expanded program honoring the power of imagination and tactile learning with cat-tastic themed activities at ACM member locations nationwide.

LOS ANGELES, CA – (June 17, 2026) – “Hey Gabby, take us to the museum!” DreamWorks Animation and Association of Children’s Museums announce the continuation of the beloved Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days partnership for 2026, celebrating the magic of imagination and play in children’s museums across the country. New in 2026, participating museums will incorporate an activity themed to the magical world of Fairylandia, a secret garden overflowing with fairy-rrific sparkles, rainbow waterfalls and cat-tastic friends, introduced in the latest season of the hit series on Netflix.

Beginning in July, the collaboration will be featured at 64 museums across the country. Following overwhelming demand during the inaugural year of partnership, the expanded 2026 rollout is designed to bring the experience to even more families while revisiting communities that embraced the activation with enthusiasm. In addition to the dedicated weekend celebrations, the program extends its footprint with two-week takeovers of Gabby’s Dollhouse-themed play at select ACM locations nationwide.

In 2025, Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days reached more than 56,000 guests across 44 museums, including an ACM-reported 50% average increase in admission at participating museums on event dates compared to the prior year.

“We are proud to be partnering with DreamWorks Animation for a second year to inspire playful learning for children and families throughout the US. Affleck, III, executive director of the Association of Children’s Museums. “Like children’s museums, Gabby’s Dollhouse emphasizes social-emotional learning and showcases compassion, curiosity, creativity, and teamwork. We’re excited to bring the fun from Season 13’s Fairylandia to create magical experiences at museums, too.. ACM is so excited to be partnering with DreamWorks Animation to shine a spotlight on our member museums across the country.”

“The youngest generation has a fervor for interactive play, and the inherent message of creativity and problem-solving that Gabby’s Dollhouse shares with its audience has built a perfect partnership with the Association of Children’s Museums,” said Ryan Bradley, SVP, Marketing for DreamWorks Animation. “We’re excited to expand our reach to fans across the country with even more opportunities to celebrate growth mindset and imagination.”
