Storybook Theatre Dr. Seuss’s birthday celebration at 11am Friday, March 4th presents “Dr. Seuss’s ABC” by Dr. Seuss. This is a classic “Seussical” and whimsical approach to the alphabet from “Aunt Annie’s alligator” to the “Zizzer-Zazzer-Zuzz”!
Then at noon enjoy “My Many Colored Days” and “I Can Read with My Eyes Shut!” by Dr. Seuss. My Many Colored Days with its vibrant illustrations explores moods and feelings through colors. I Can Read with My Eyes Shut! shows children all the amazing ways and terrific things they can read! One of Miss Jan’s favorite Dr. Seuss quotes comes from this book: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
