Pirate and Mermaid Day special readings of Storybook Theatre at 11:00am Friday, September 18th, presents 🧜♀️ “The Mermaid” by Jan Brett. This story is a twist on the traditional Goldilocks tale with an underwater setting off the coast of Okinawa, Japan. Kiniro, a young mermaid, stumbles upon a beautiful seashell and coral home, which she just has to explore! When the residents, the Octopus family, return home, they are not pleased to find the visitor!
