Shadow Puppet Theatre Thursday, May 23rd at 11am presents “The Gigantic Turnip” by Aleksei Tolstoy and Stella Blackstone. This humorous, classic Russian folktale is about a farmer who recruits help from his wife and the farm animals to attempt to pull a huge turnip out of the ground. Shadow Puppet Theatre is an introduction to storytelling elements that allow our readers and audience to interact directly with each other, children of all ages are enchanted with the animated shadows.

Tues-Thurs 10am-2pm
Fri. 10am-4pm
Sat. 10am-5pm
Closed Sundays and Mondays
Daily Admission is $9 per person 1 year and older, children under 1, and Museum Members are free.
Recommended for ages 7 years and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
