Author Visit with Susan Langlois and Daisy the dog

Author Susan Langlois will be our special guest on Wednesday, November 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as part of our Children’s Book Week celebration. Susan will be reading her newly published book, That Daisy!, on stage at 11:00 a.m. followed by a meet-and-greet with the real-life dog, Daisy. Susan will be selling and signing her books until 12:30 p.m. The real-life Daisy will also be making her debut appearance at the museum today!
The Woodlands Children’s Museum’s good friend, Susan Langlois, is returning to share her newly published follow-up book to Dolly Does Her Job. Dolly’s new little adopted sister, Daisy, turns life upside down in the family. Dolly does her best to teach Daisy a few things but isn’t prepared for this “wild child”! Â
Introduce your child to the wonder of reading and instill a love of books at an early age. Storybook Theatre combines your favorite childhood books with songs, rhymes and fingerplays which are meant to promote early literacy and enhance language development.
