DESCRIPTION:Mardi Gras is an annual event held at the museum celebrating\, “Fat Tuesday” Mardi Gras in traditional Louisiana style! The event is on Tuesday\, February 28th\, 2017 from 10am-2pm. \nGuests can participate in a few Mardi Gras Parades lead by an authentic New Orleans Street brass band. We will be marching to “When the Saints Come Marching In”! Guests will also create festive masks and necklaces in Carnival colors. We will have King Cake for the guests to enjoy. \nFree with admission to the museum. \nSponsored by Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen. Bread Pudding being provided by Schilleci’s.
