Birthday Parties

Verbal confirmation of party date, from our Birthday Party Representative, is required before your deposit can be made. Party date is not reserved unless you have spoken with our Representative and made your deposit. 

 

Booking

Our birthday parties are designed for children between 1 and 7 year of age. Party date and time cannot be held or reserved without a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit. For questions call 281-465-0955 or email reservations@woodlandschildrensmuseum.org

Party Times

Fridays (September to April)
Availability upon request.

Saturdays
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.,  3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sundays:
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.,  2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Basic Party Package

$129 members, $159 non-members

  • Access to the Museum

  • Private party room for 2 hours includes tables, chairs, sink and access to refrigerator/freezer.

  • Birthday child plus 12 children ($6 per additional child, max 25 children).

  • Party rooms comfortably accommodate 20 adults.

  • $50 non-refundable deposit secures date and time.

  • Party balances paid with cash or credit card only- checks will not be accepted.

Activity Party Package

$198 members, $228 non-members

In addition to the features of the Basic Party Package this package includes an activity.

*No changes in activity may be made within 14 days of the party.

*Birthday child plus 12 children ($7 per additional child).

Calling all Superheroes (4-6 year-olds) **Starting in September

Be your own one of a kind Superhero by creating a personalized mask and power cuffs.

Princess & Pirate (4-6 year-olds)

Princesses decorate and embellish crowns and wands while the adventurous pirates create masks and necklaces.

Drum & Roll (2-4 year-olds)

Children participate in a rhythm and movement parade with musical instruments. Make your own personalized drum!

Silly Science (4-6 year-olds)

Real science experiments are the best fun! Choice of two experiments: Slimy Gak, Lava Lamps or Color Explosion.

Circus (3-6 year-olds)

Wear a big red nose and decorate your very own XL clown’s tie! Play a duck matching game and milk bottle toss.

Aloha! (Exclusively for summer time)

The ultimate Luau party! Create a tiki mask or flower necklace.

 

Assistance available to help with all parties for set-up, crowd control

and load-up for additional $40

We create opportunities that Educate, Empower and Excite children and families through play while inspiring a lifelong sense of wonder and discovery. As a 501( c )3 non-profit organization, over 40% of the Museum's operating revenue comes from gifts from individuals. These donations enable us to keep admission and membership  costs affordable,  maintain and develop exhibits, as well as underwrite school field trips and community outreach. The word is out...

My 3 grandkids are visiting us for the summer from Missouri. They had fun! It is a clean, well maintained space. Lots of fun things for kids to do. I do wish they had a little bit more in the toddler 2 and under space. Staff was very pleasant. I am glad there is a place kids can go and do!

Great place to take toddlers thru 7 +/- year olds. Lots of interactive stations to play and explore. Friendly and we'll staffed. Very clean place, my 2 year old grandson loved playing with the trains and 7 year old granddaughter loved the shopping market and rice play area.

I really loved the atmosphere it was very calm/relaxing place even with the children going place to place .It was my first time visiting there with our class and the kids loved every little station there to explore very age appropriate.
